JS Health & Fitness Nutrition Coaching helps educate busy men and women on how to take control of their food so they reach their ideal body physique without the headaches and rebounds.

WHO'S IT FOR?
If you're exhausted from yo-yo dieting, juice cleanses, and fad diets, and want to truly take charge of your health and physique, our nutrition coaching is for you.

This is only for people who want help with their nutrition, but don't want any one-on-one training packages. All other packages include nutrition coaching.
HOW IT WORKS:

Join the team: After you sign up and fill out your profile, our coach will learn about your individual goals and lifestyle needs and then provide you with a personalized nutrition plan with step-by-step instructions and advice for your first week.

Start your program: You'll check in with your coach once a week with a weekly progress update and synchronize with them for accountability, support, and action actions. Your coach will provide feedback based on how your week went, as well as ideas, guidance, and possible changes to your fitness plan.

Get Results: Rather than trying to force a food plan on you, you and your coach will collaborate to ensure that your program fits you and your lifestyle. You'll discover how to obtain your desired body composition, improve your health, and perform better using a flexible approach to dieting and science-backed strategies.

WHAT RESULTS CAN YOU EXPECT?
Whether your primary goal is fat loss, performance, or muscle gain, our Nutrition Coaching Program has you covered. When you have great nutrition coaching on your side, you can anticipate your progress to double (and you won't bounce back!).

You won't have followed a "diet plan" by the end of the coaching; instead, you'll have made long-term lifestyle changes that will eliminate the need to "diet" again.

Individualized Nutrition Guidance - Whether you're just getting started with nutrition, an experienced lifter looking to dial in nutrition, or somewhere in between, your coach will create a plan that's tailored to you and your goals.

A Dedicated Coach - Your coach is committed to helping you achieve your goals. Your coach will make manageable changes to your program each week based on your requirements and success. Your coach is only an email away and ready to help you whenever you need it.

Weekly Check-Ins - Each week, you'll prepare to check in with your coach by uploading photos, measurements, and notes to let your coach know how you're doing so they can properly analyze your progress and make adjustments to your plan when needed. Your numbers and trendlines will be available to you and your coach to help you visualize and track your progress.
